1 - Power - is represented by all encompassing black. It is not restrained by the formal function found in the other patterns, it simply is. 

2 - Willpower - takes the powerful framing of the vertical line, sturdy and resilient and utilizes a  staggered pattern. This pattern demonstrates the relationship between the ability to do something and the power to do something.

3 - Pride - Swells with the power to have influence in a scenario, overlaid with random instances of pleasure that deepen the sensation. It has a strong black background spotted with circles of joy / pleasure.

4 - Joy / Pleasure - are represented by a white background and hollow circles. The thin circles and background simulate a floating aura. In a state of ever shifting sizes and positioning the hollow circles appear almost as in motion, and remind us of the slow moving delight of existence.

5 - Confidence - Feels very similar to pleasure. This pattern can be applied to a very specific linear  circumstance. Confidence utilizes small circles to indicate little moments of pleasure following a path to assuredness. 

6 - Ignorance - has one vertical straight line down the middle of the pattern on top of a thicker white line that is buffeted by two additional black segments that represent power. This pattern expresses the ability to learn or gather new information AND the power not to do it.

7 - Learning - The lines in learning mimic the loose open feeling of pleasure. The curvature of the horizontal lines represent alertness while ingesting / digesting information. 

8 - Rage - suffers from fear and anxiety, both vertically and horizontally to demonstrate the expansive and outward nature of rage.

9 - Focus - the slim interconnected lines that exist  both horizontally and vertically emphasizes draw your eye to the granular blank spaces in the pattern. The overlapping pattern represented here is different from rage. 

10 - Observation - the horizontal lines of alertness are flanked by power. These lines show up other places (like fear/anxiety, structure, hope, etc) but in this pattern are flanked by power to control the impact of those lines. 

11 - Emptiness - the bold thickness emphasized in the border of the pattern coupled with the lack of any components in the center embodies emptiness.  

12 - Weakness - the empty white space represents weakness and is devoid of power.

13 - Pain - uses the horizontal line and bold circles. The uniform positioning of the circles is in stark contrast to the free flowing hollow circles of Joy/ Pleasure. It is the negative image of confidence.

14 - Despair - takes the impact points of pain, layered on top of the lines of fear/ anxiety and stretches them out to their furthest edges, representing a prolonged process of suffering.

15 - Structure - the horizontal powerful lines break up the lines representing fear and anxiety and illustrate support within the pattern.

16 - Hope - is surrounded by fear/anxiety as represented by the horizontal lines but is held in place by the powerful vertical center line.  However, the center line does not stretch to the end of the pattern, indicating that a positive outcome is not guaranteed.

17 - Uncertainty - the striking lines reach directly from one end of the pattern to the other, but an emptiness exists in between demonstrating the unsure nature of the sensation. 

18 - Thought - has a bold structured line running vertical within the pattern. This pattern is unencumbered by any other elements. 

19 - Fear/Anxiety - Striking lines that reach from one end of the pattern to the other. The lines indicate alertness and the thinness and thickness of the lines correlate to the intensity of the sensation.

20 - Passion -  the thick, bold vertical line is flanked by a black panel at the top and bottom of the pattern. This represents desire as thought made real.

21 - Indifference - acting as the inverse of the pattern of Passion. Indifference demonstrates the effort and power that is required to remove desire from the sensation.

22 - Regret - has a throughline of power indicating the ability to control a situation/scenario. The filled in circular dots are indicative of small instances or points of pain which surround that power, forming a cloud-like  spectrum of regret
